To cancel, simply go to your profile. After cancellation, all features remain available until the end of the paid period, and no further charges will apply.
Each rented number has an “Auto-Renew” switch. If enabled, the rental is renewed automatically 2 days before expiration.
If auto-renewal is disabled or the renewal fails (for example, due to insufficient balance), you’ll receive an early notification as long as your subscription is active.
When an SMS arrives at an active rented number, the system automatically sends a notification to the e-mail linked to your profile, including the full message text.
First, make sure your subscription is active in your profile. If it’s active but the feature still doesn’t work — contact support. We’ll quickly help you and provide setup instructions if needed.
Numbers from countries marked with a lightning icon are always active and do not require manual activation before receiving SMS.
